Thank god for this product

I have the WORST PMS ever, and every month I end up getting off track with my goals from the surge in hormones. I just started using this product last week knowing that my symptoms would kick into high-gear this weekend. To my surprise, things never really got bad! I got a little cranky, but there was no bloating, no weird food cravings, and no wanting to kill everyone who looked at me. I think this is a lifesaver.

I love this stuff. I take it a week before and during my period while my hormones are most influx. Definitely saw a difference in my carb and sugar cravings. Also felt less bloated and gross.

Wow! Amazing product

I bought this last month after having another month where aunt flow kicks my arse! I finally was like I'll try these pills.... Haha I'll try w/e. Usually the first day or two I have cramps and bloating so bad that I'm curled up on the floor. Only taking naproxen and sleeping is how I get through it. I started taking these pills a couple days within when I was expecting my period to come and through the first two days....WOW it was a night and day difference.the day I got my period I went to the gym did my morning cardio, even did abs in the evening. I didn't feel half bad! I was in shock these worked so great! I will definitely be keeping these stocked at my house for when aunt flow Is about to come to town. Thank you BeautyFit!!
