Lay with upper back on the seated portion of leg extension. Adjust pad so that it lies across your hips. Drive feet into ground push up raising hips and squeezing at the top.
Donkey Kicks on Leg Extension (Targets Glutes)
Begin in tabletop position. Use a mat to cushion your knees. Place foot under pad on leg extension and push up through heel squeezing at the top.
