Whoopie Pies BeautyWhey® Protein Isolate  

Is it a cookie, pie or cake, that is the standing question but when it comes to these protein packed Whoopie Pies there is only one answer, “Yes, please!”


Cake Layer

  • ½ Cup Hawt Chocolate BeautyWhey
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ Cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ Cup Almond Milk
  • ½ Cup Egg Whites

Cream Filling

  • ¼ Cup Vixen Vanilla BeautyWhey
  • ¼ Cup Dices Strawberries
  • ¾ Cup Greek Yogurt


  1. Preheat oven to 325 F
  2. Mix all ingredients for cake layer together and place onto silicone or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove form oven and cool on wire rack.
  4. Microwave strawberries for 1 minute and blend with all cream filling ingredients. You can add more protein to thicken or more almond milk to desired consistency if needed.
  5. Slice cooled cakes in half and spread filling and enjoy!

If you happen to have leftover filling, lucky you! It’s delicious all on it’s own!
