Halloween is next week which means very soon I’ll be raiding my kids pumpkins for some of my favorite treats!! Who’s with me?! Do I feel guilty? Heck no!! I like to think of it as a lesson in taxes, I mean they gotta learn sometime! As for the calories, everything in moderation;) In my improvement season I like to enjoy the little things with my family and one of them just so happens to be taking 3-4 of my favorite treats from my kids Halloween pumpkins!

I put together for you this Halloween Workout to burn off those calories and get moving! Perfect thing to get you going Halloween morning knowing those calories can’t scare you later.

  • Burpees – 10 Reps
  • High Knees – 50 Reps
  • Jump Rope – 45 Seconds
  • Plank – Hold 30 Seconds
  • Pushups – 10 Reps
  • Squats – 20 Reps 
  • Walking Lunges – 30 Reps

Repeat for 2-3 rounds

Challenge yourself and continue this workout for a month. See if you can decrease your time or add rounds! Switch it up, play your favorite music inside or go outside and enjoy the weather.
